AW LAB, part of the Bata group, is seeking a Product & Graphic Intern to join the Product Design team in a dynamic, fashion-forward environment. The role blends creative design work with market and product performance analysis, contributing to in-house streetwear and urban apparel collections.

You will gain hands-on experience in a retail-driven business, supporting the evolution of AW LAB’s collections and learning from a young, energetic team.

Competenze

• University in progress or Degree in Fashion Design.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Office Suite.
• Passion for streetwear and footwear.
• Proactive and creative mindset.

Mansioni

• Contributing to the design and development of the VRL line, following the latest streetwear trends.
• Produce graphic proposals and visual concepts for VRL apparel products.
• Support the team in the preparation of sales analysis reports to monitor the performance of the line and identify market preferences.
• Collaborate on the creation of presentations and supporting materials for VRL collections.
• Carry out market research and collect data on trends, competitors and new proposals in the footwear and streetwear sector.
• Fabric & trims archive organization.
