AW LAB, part of the Bata group, seeks an E-COMMERCE INTERN to assist the online team in managing product catalogs, updating content, and optimizing online assortment. Collaboration with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics and Merchandising will be essential to deliver a compelling online shopping experience.

We welcome university students or recent graduates with strong Excel skills and a detail-oriented mindset. English proficiency is required; Spanish is a plus.

• Support in day-to-day website management.
• Assist in product catalogue and online assortment management.
• Receive Salesforce Commerce Cloud training and apply learnings.
• Participate in E-Commerce Department meetings (strategic and operational).
• Collaborate daily with Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Merchandising and Product teams.
• Maintain daily contact with brands.
• Update website contents to ensure accuracy.
