Job summary

AGCO Corporation is seeking a field-facing role based in Italy (remote with Breganze site assignment) to support dealers, train sales teams, and demonstrate FENDT harvesters. You will tailor training for regional needs and aid customers with initial use and optimization of machinery.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in agriculture or AG-machinery, deep knowledge of combine harvesters, and strong presentation and communication skills.

• Supporting internal teams and dealer salesmen with market-oriented product arguments.
• Presenting FENDT harvesters and advising customers during demonstrations with partners.
• Adapting training concepts for different markets and enabling dealer demonstrations.
• Assisting dealers and end customers with initial use and machine optimization.
• Planning events and supporting product launches, trade fairs, and field days.
• Providing technical and personal support during VIP factory visits.

Your Impact

• Supporting internal teams and dealer salesmen in establishing a market-oriented and continuous product argumentation. Conducting product, sales and driver training, within the FENDT sales region Central Europe.
• Presenting FENDT combine harvesters and advising customers during individual demonstrations and field day demonstrations together with our distribution partners.
• Market-specific adaptation of provided training concepts and regional implementation. Enabling dealers to perform demonstrations and machine installations according to brand image.
• Supporting dealers / end customers with initial use of machines in the field as well as machine optimisation within the harvesting season.
• Planning and support in the implementation of events such as new product launches, local trade fairs, and field days.
• Technical and personal support for VIP visitors (groups) as part of factory visits.

Your Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, AG-machinery or similar education/ experience.
• Detailed product knowledge about combine harvesters
• Proficiency and confidence in using modern presentation techniques.
• Ability to influence and motivate stakeholders, confidently handling conflicts.
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness. Very good knowledge of English, 2nd language beneficial. High willingness to travel.

Compensation

Applicable salary range: €40,000 - 50,000 gross annual salary
