ABB is seeking an engineering professional to lead product development and post-release improvements. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and customer value in an onsite role in Italy.

You will manage project costs, schedules, and interdependencies, and drive changes per the ABB gate model, working with agile teams, operations, and sales to fulfill business cases and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Must communicate fluently in English and Italian.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies.
• Experience with PLM systems and CAD tools is required.

Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project team/s. Motivate and monitor internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.Managing the cost, scheduling and performing objectives of the projects and its work packages within a global organization. Manage interdependencies between cross-functional workstreams in order to realize specified deliverables and benefits. Ensure appropriate requirements within the projects by partnering with relevant business unit/s or external resources.Ensuring understanding of customer value in the projects and act to ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations. Take into consideration requirements and demands coming from customers and from internally within ABB.Ensuring transparency around change requests, identify risks and ensure that they are properly managed and communicated.Managing all product changes and requested customizations according to the ABB gate model from the request to the release for sales.
