ABB in Italy is seeking an Electronic/Electrical Engineer to lead engineering of products from development through to sales release. You will align technical specifications with business goals and coordinate cross-functional teams across locations.

You will manage costs, schedules, and risks, ensure customer value, and maintain clear change-management processes. The role requires language fluency in English and Italian and hands-on experience with Windchill, SAP, CAD tools, and MS Office.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electronic manufacturing technologies.
• Experience with PLM systems (Windchill), SAP, MS Office, and CAD tools.
• Excellent English; able to communicate in Italian as well.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project team/s. Motivate and monitor internal and/or external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.Managing the cost, scheduling and performing objectives of the projects and its work packages within a global organization. Manage interdependencies between cross-functional workstreams in order to realize specified deliverables and benefits. Ensure appropriate requirements within the projects by partnering with relevant business unit/s or external resources.Ensuring understanding of customer value in the projects and act to ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations. Take into consideration requirements and demands coming from customers and from internally within ABB.Ensuring transparency around change requests, identify risks and ensure that they are properly managed and communicated.Managing all product changes and requested customizations according to the ABB gate model from the request to the release for sales.
