ABB Bergamo, centro R&D, cerca un responsabile tecnico per guidare attività di test e verifica di prodotti nel rispetto degli standard di settore. Ruolo di leadership con focus su definizione metodi, validazione risultati e documentazione completa.

Il candidato ideale possiede diploma o laurea tecnica, competenze su strumentazione elettrica, programmazione e software d’ufficio, nonché ottime abilità comunicative in italiano e inglese.

Competenze

• Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea in campo elettrotecnico/elettrico/elettronico; conoscenza di base di strumenti di misurazione elettrici ed elettronici.
• Impegnato nel lavorare con strumenti di misurazione elettrici, elettronici e meccanici, con abilità manuali, capacità analitiche e interpretazione dei risultati.
• Competenza informatica, inclusa conoscenza di programmazione e uso di software d'ufficio.
• Passione, organizzazione e precisione, con iniziativa e orientamento al problem solving.
• Lavorare bene in team ed essere in grado di comunicare in italiano e in inglese
• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni.

Mansioni

• Definire dettagli di test, sequenze, metodi di esecuzione e procedure, riferendosi agli standard applicabili.
• Preparare l'allestimento di test e gli strumenti di misura necessari.
• Collegare il device in test al sistema di prova ed eseguire i test.
• Analizzare i risultati dei test per verificarne la conformità.
• Produrre documentazione per i report di test e rilasciarne una.
• Proporre miglioramenti alle tecniche di test esistenti basandosi sull'esperienza e su nuove attrezzature.
• Assistere e supportare i clienti durante le attività di testing.

R&D Team Lead

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to set up and execute routine tests for different products in accordance with standard testing methodologies and requirements. Each day, you will perform your tasks or activities using skills and techniques as well as a practical understanding of concepts used in the field of technology. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring proper documentation of the test results.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the Smart Power business in Bergamo in our R&D center.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Defining test details, sequences, execution methods, and procedures, including equipment and instrumentation, with reference to applicable standards
• Preparing the necessary test setup and required measuring instruments
• Connecting the device under test to the testing plant and executing the tests
• Analyzing test results according to applicable standards to verify product compliance
• Producing and developing documentation for test reports and issuing them
• Proposing improvements to existing test techniques based on experience and the use of new equipment, particularly for test and measurement tools
• Assisting and supporting customers during testing activities

Qualifications For The Role

• You have a High School Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in the Electrotechnical, Electrical, or Electronic field, and basic knowledge of Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• You are engaged in working with electrical, electronic, and mechanical measuring instruments, demonstrating manual skills, analytical capacity, and the ability to interpret results
• You are qualified in computer skills, including programming knowledge and office software proficiency
• You are passionate, organized, and precise, with a strong initiative, a high desire to learn, and a problem-solving mindset
• You work well in team environments, and are at ease communicating in both Italian and English
• Availability to work in rotation shifts

Compensation Package

• Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
• Company defined package above minimum annual salary per CBA
• Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
