Music & Lights Srl invites motivated interns to join the Technical Service team at our Minturno HQ for a 6‑month training path.

You will work with experienced technicians on maintenance, repair and testing of lighting equipment, learn to read wiring diagrams, and participate in production and documentation to gain hands‑on skills.

The program offers a monthly stipend of 800€ for the first 3 months and 1,000€ for the next 3 months, plus access to the company canteen and gym.

Competenze

• Interest in electronics and lighting technology.
• Basic electronics knowledge at theory level.
• Good manual skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and manuals.
• Basic English (A2) for manuals and terminology.
• Basic IT skills: Microsoft Office and email.
• No prior experience required; entry path designed for beginners.

Mansioni

• Assist technicians with maintenance and repair following procedures.
• Assist assembly and production activities per production sheets.
• Support functional tests and QC/commissioning.
• Aid fault diagnosis and component replacement under supervision.
• Help manage technical documentation.
• Assist with reports on quality non-conformities.
• Help manage spare parts inventory.
