Cassandra is hiring a Product Engineer to own problems end-to-end, from framing with marketers to measuring adoption after release. You will ship user-facing features across the stack (React frontend, Django backend) on AWS and use AI tools to shorten the idea-to-production cycle.

You’ll own a key product metric and work with a fast-moving team led by the CTO in Rome. Fluency in English required; Italian is a plus. If you crave hard problems and fast growth, this is the place to be.

• 3+ years building and shipping production software in a small team.
• Strong across the stack, with depth on at least one side; comfortable in JavaScript/Python.
• Product sense: form opinions, argue for them, and adjust when data disagrees.
• Comfort with ambiguity; no fixed acceptance criteria; talk to non-technical customers.
