Cassandra Ltd. is seeking a Product Engineer in Rome to own problems from framing with marketers through design, implementation, and post-release measurement. You’ll ship features for the React frontend, Django backend, and AWS infrastructure.

You’ll translate econometric output into actionable interfaces for CMOs, participate in platform redesigns, and aggressively use AI tools to speed delivery while directly engaging customers to validate impact.

Competenze

• 3+ years building and shipping production software.
• Fluent in JavaScript/Python; able to build API and data layer.
• Product sense: form opinions about what to build, and adjust when data disagrees.
• Comfort with ambiguity; no fixed acceptance criteria.
• Able to discuss problems with non-technical customers.

• Own product problems end-to-end — frame with marketers, design, implement, measure adoption.
