Cassandra is seeking a Product Engineer in Rome to own problems end-to-end, from framing with marketers to shipping features across the stack. You will measure adoption, use AI to accelerate delivery, and own a key product metric that drives retention.

Work on React frontend, Django backend on AWS, and collaborate with non-technical customers. Fluency in English is required; martech or data-heavy SaaS experience is a plus.

Competenze

• 3+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong across the stack with depth in at least one area.
• Able to discuss problems with marketers, not just technical solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and lack of formal acceptance criteria.
• Able to talk to non-technical customers.
