Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Developer to join our Product Development team with a dedicated focus on trims, embroidery and packaging.

You will manage the development process from handover through final approval, working with internal teams and external suppliers to meet quality, aesthetic, timing and cost targets. The Product Developer will coordinate developments, samples, costs, shipments and documentation, acting as a key supplier contact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Development, Production, Trims, Accessories, Embroidery or Packaging in fashion/luxury
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, able to manage multiple developments and deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Centric PLM experience required
• Strong numerical/analytical skills with costs, quotations, invoices and budgets
• Clear supplier communication and proactive problem-solving
• Fluent written and spoken English; luxury/fashion experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end development of trims, embroidery and packaging from handover to final approval
• Coordinate suppliers and follow sample, quotations, and technical information within timelines
• Manage supplier quotations and development costs against budgets
• Coordinate sample logistics, shipments and transfers with visibility on status
• Track supplier invoices and expenses aligned with quotations and developments
• Maintain costing, development and product information in Centric PLM
• Support BOMs, specifications, costing and technical documentation
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Production and Product Development teams
• Escalate delays or cost issues to the Product Development Manager
• Support continuous improvements across product development processes
