AMIRI is seeking a Product Developer to join our Product Development team, focusing on trims, embroidery and packaging. You will manage the development process from handover to final approval, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to hit quality, aesthetic, timing and cost targets.

You will act as a key supplier contact, tracking samples, costs, shipments and documentation, while ensuring accurate costing and up-to-date records in Centric PLM.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Development, Production, Trims, Accessories, Embroidery, Packaging or a related function within the fashion or luxury industry.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple developments, suppliers and deadlines simultaneously.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; previous experience with Centric PLM is required.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, particularly when working with costs, quotations, invoices and budgets.
• Clear supplier communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong attention to detail, product quality and accuracy, with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English; previous experience in a luxury/fashion environment is considered a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end development of trims, embroideries and packaging from handover to final approval.
• Coordinate suppliers, samples, quotations and technical information to meet timelines.
• Monitor development costs and budgets, flagging deviations.
• Coordinate sample logistics, shipments and transfers with clear status.
• Manage supplier invoices and track related expenses.
• Maintain costing, expense and tracking files, and update PLM data.
• Support BOMs, specs, costing and technical documentation with proper approvals.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Production and Product Development teams.
• Escalate delays or cost issues to Product Development Manager.
• Promote efficient working methods and continuous improvement in processes.
