Job summary

Acqua di Parma S.r.l. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Product Development Team at HQ. The role supports PO creation, budgeting, and cross-functional activities across packaging and cosmetics formula development.

You will prepare materials for international meetings and brand events, coordinate sample requests with suppliers, and analyze Sell-In/Sell-Out performance to inform launches for Colonia and Blu Mediterraneo lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering (or related disciplines).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive mindset, analytical approach and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage parallel projects with agility and ownership.
• Passion for Beauty, Lifestyle and Luxury goods. SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support in the creation and management of purchase orders, including budget tracking, service order follow-up and alignment with internal processes.
• Support the team in the preparation of presentations for international meetings, shootings, brand events and other daily activities.
• Operational support in Packaging development, coordinating sample requests with suppliers.
• Operational support in cosmetic formula development, coordinating sample requests with suppliers for tests and registrations, and uploading related documentation in the LVMH system.
• Monthly Sell-In and Sell-Out performance analysis of Colonia & Blu Mediterraneo product lines to support strategic insights and follow up of new launches.
