La figura collaborerà con reparti interni per allineare gli acquisti alle esigenze di business. Obiettivo è garantire performance fornitore, qualità e puntualità, con laurea o esperienza equivalente, fluente in inglese e italiano e forti capacità analitiche.

Competenze

• Laurea in campo tecnico o gestione della supply chain oppure esperienza equivalente.
• Esperienza pratica in procurement, purchasing o contract management.
• Fluente in inglese e italiano sia scritto che parlato.

Mansioni

• End-to-End Purchasing: gestire il ciclo di approvvigionamento per categorie, emettere ordini d'acquisto e monitorare le consegne.
• Contract Management & Negotiation: negoziare, redigere e finalizzare contratti.
• Compliance & Governance: assicurare conformità delle negoziazioni alle normative e policy interne.
• Supplier Performance & Relationship Management: valutare fornitori e qualità, mantenere relazioni professionali.

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to oversee the purchasing of goods and services, manage vendor contracts, and ensure a seamless supply chain process. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing procurement activities from purchase order preparation and contract negotiation to tracking deliveries and evaluating vendor performance. You will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring that quality, compliance, and customer delivery commitments are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Purchasing: Manage the procurement cycle for assigned product categories, issuing purchase orders, negotiating commercial terms, and tracking deliveries to guarantee on-time fulfillment.
• Contract Management & Negotiation: Partner with the Strategic Sourcing team to negotiate, draft, and finalize contract terms and conditions, securing optimal commercial conditions.
• Compliance & Governance: Coordinate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all vendor agreements adhere strictly to internal company policies, industry standards, and relevant legal regulations.
• Supplier Performance & Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, professional relationships with key suppliers. Continuously evaluate vendor performance, quality standards, and delivery reliability using structured metrics.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate, maintain, and analyze operational procurement reports on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supply risks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main procurement point of contact for internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Logistics, Quality) to align purchasing activities with business requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree for candidates with a proven track record in procurement.
• Proven hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing, or contract management.
• Fluency in English and Italian in writing and speaking.
• Technical & Business Acumen: Solid understanding of core business processes, supply chain operations, and contract law basics.
• Negotiation & Analytics: Proven track record in supplier negotiation and strong data analysis skills to support decision-making.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams and external vendors.
• Organization & Detail: Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with sharp attention to detail in high-volume environments.
• Work Style: Comfortable working both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.

Desirable Qualifications (Optional)

• Familiarity with ERP SAP systems.
• Professional procurement certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).

• Eleggibilità per il Piano Bonus: Eligibilità al piano bonus Variabile-AIP, che prevede un incentivo target del 5% della retribuzione base annua, a seconda del raggiungimento dei parametri di business e delle performance individuali.
• Eligibility for Bonus Plan: Eligible to participate in Variable-AIP annual bonus plan that provides a target incentive of 5% of the individual's annual base salary depending on achievement of key business metrics and individual performance.
