Flutter SEA, part of the Flutter Group, is seeking a procurement leader to join the SEA Procurement Team in Milan. You will report to the Head of Category and lead a team of buyers, driving category strategy and managing supplier risk and sustainability initiatives.

You will coordinate end-to-end sourcing activities, negotiate contracts with Legal and Finance, and ensure compliance with procurement policies while collaborating with regional and global teams across Italy, Ireland, and beyond.

• Join the Flutter SEA Procurement Team, reporting to the Head of Category and leading a team of buyers.

• Drive the assigned supplier base as part of Flutter SEA’s Risk and Sustainability Program.
• Execute end-to-end sourcing projects from analysis to delivery in line with the procurement strategy, ensuring cost efficiency and quality locally.
• Coordinate and lead internal stakeholders throughout the RFX process, including contract negotiation with Legal and Finance teams.
• Manage and enforce procurement policies and procedures.
• Be part of both the Flutter Global and Flutter SEA Regional Procurement Teams, collaborating with colleagues across regions and subsidiaries.
• Lead multi-country RFX processes and negotiations, sharing and implementing best practices.

What you’ll do:

• You will join the Flutter SEA Procurement Team , reporting to the Head of Category and leading a team of buyers.

• You will have the opportunity to be involved in procurement activities and execute end-to-end sourcing projects , from analysis to delivery, in line with the procurement strategy, ensuring the best results in terms of cost efficiency and quality at a local level .
• You will be responsible for coordinating and leading internal stakeholders throughout the entire RFX process , including contract negotiation and definition, in collaboration with the Legal and Finance teams .
• You will manage and enforce procurement policies and procedures .
• You will be part of both the Flutter Global Procurement Team and the Flutter SEA Regional Procurement Team , working closely with colleagues across the Group, Regions and local subsidiaries in Ireland, Italy and other countries.
• You will lead multi-country RFX processes and negotiations , sharing and implementing best practices.

Base pay hiring range for this role in Milan, Italy:

57,258€ - 69,445€ gross per year, under the Commercio collective agreement, level Quadro.

This is our standard pay guide for the role and location; any offer made will reflect your experience, skills and interview assessment, and will ordinarily fall within this range.
