Flutter SEA Procurement Team in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead a team of buyers and drive category strategies across multiple countries.

You will coordinate end-to-end sourcing projects, negotiate contracts with Legal and Finance, and enforce procurement policies within a hybrid, 12-month fixed-term role with meal allowance and health insurance.

What You’ll Do

• You will join the Flutter SEA Procurement Team , reporting to the Head of Category and leading a team of buyers.
• You will drive the category strategy in alignment with the Head of Category.
• You will drive the assigned supplier base as part of Flutter SEA’s advanced Risk and Sustainability Program .
• You will have the opportunity to be involved in procurement activities and execute end-to-end sourcing projects , from analysis to delivery, in line with the procurement strategy, ensuring the best results in terms of cost efficiency and quality at a local level .
• You will be responsible for coordinating and leading internal stakeholders throughout the entire RFX process , including contract negotiation and definition, in collaboration with the Legal and Finance teams .
• You will manage and enforce procurement policies and procedures .
• You will be part of both the Flutter Global Procurement Team and the Flutter SEA Regional Procurement Team , working closely with colleagues across the Group, Regions and local subsidiaries in Ireland, Italy and other countries.
• You will lead multi-country RFX processes and negotiations , sharing and implementing best practices.

Base pay hiring range for this role in Milan, Italy: 57,258€ - 69,445€ gross per year, under the Commercio collective agreement, level Quadro.

This is our standard pay guide for the role and location; any offer made will reflect your experience, skills and interview assessment, and will ordinarily fall within this range.
