Loro Piana in Milano offers a 6-month procurement internship where you will join the function and support the team in all related activities.

You will assist with data management, supplier monitoring and purchasing contracts, and you will use ERP tools to support sourcing, contracting and international projects.

The role requires a Master’s degree and fluency in Italian and English, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills; knowledge of SAP is a plus and expects accuracy, teamwork and flexibility.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar.
• IT abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Previous knowledge of SAP is considered a plus
• Problem solving, precision, attention to the details, team working attitude and flexibility
• Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written

Mansioni

• Support the decision-making analysis concerning procurement through the management and update of internal databases
• Support the management, classification and monitoring of suppliers and the relative purchasing contracts
• Use and management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools
• Support the team in sourcing, contracting and purchasing processes
• Support the team in international procurement projects
• Operatively support the back-office activities of the team
