Loro Piana, part of the LVMH Group, seeks a Purchase Planning Specialist in Italy to manage raw materials purchasing and planning. The role collaborates with central planning and suppliers to optimize stock and production, using MRP and data-driven insights.

The candidate should have a degree in engineering or related fields and strong experience in luxury textiles, with PowerBI proficiency and English fluency. A salary baseline and bonus scheme are offered.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Solid experience in purchasing and/or planning, preferably within the luxury fashion or textile industry.
• Good understanding of raw materials for RTW, including fabrics, yarns, leathers, and accessories.
• Familiarity with MRP, stock management, supplier performance analysis, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, and presentation and data analysis tools.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Plan blind orders in collaboration with Central Planning and Merchandising teams.
• Coordinate raw material replenishment and secure production capacity with suppliers.
• Perform MRP analysis to maintain optimal stock levels and support business continuity.
• Monitor inbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and address delays or risks.
• Conduct stock analysis and manage stock reuse initiatives and stock sales.
• Negotiate and validate pricing conditions and minimum order quantities.
• Monitor supplier performance and share insights with Development teams.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and present KPI analyses.
• Challenge suppliers on lead times and delivery performance.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for decision-making.
• Conduct budget and forecast analyses in support of Controlling.
• Collaborate with Sustainability Department on LVMH analyses.
• Participate in LVMH coordination meetings.
