Chemelex, Milan, Italy, seeks a procurement professional to manage cross-functional sourcing for projects. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence, while enhancing vendor performance across Europe.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in procurement within a project environment, fluency in English and Italian, and a strong emphasis on cost analysis, communication, and supplier relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical preferred); Master degree is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• 2–5 years of practical experience in procuring services and technical goods in a project environment.

Mansioni

• Direct and manage procurement requirements with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure materials, equipment and services meet specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Report to Thermal Supply Manager Europe.
• Prepare commercial bid analyses and support with vendor evaluation.
• Liaise with product management, marketing, and project teams for new developments and procurement strategy.
