Job summary

Flutter SEA is seeking an Information Security Governance Lead Specialist to coordinate compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2 and WLA across Flutter SEA brands. You will support strategic information security projects and drive governance across the group.

You will lead audits, certifications and regulatory inspections, maintain security policies, and develop governance dashboards for executive reporting across Flutter SEA. Italian is mandatory and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security Governance and Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, WLA requirements and related governance frameworks.
• Experience managing audits, certifications and remediation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Project coordination, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Italian language is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum grade: B2).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate or support key activities related to information security initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Coordinate internal and external compliance initiatives related to ISO 27001, NIS2, WLA and cyber security aspects of gaming regulations across Flutter SEA legal entities and brands.
• Support audits, certifications, assessments and regulatory inspections across Flutter SEA legal entities.
• Maintain and improve security policies, standards and governance processes for FlutterSEA legal entities and brands.
• Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate implementation of required controls across Flutter SEA legal entities and brands.
• Coordinate internal audit findings remediations with related owners in FlutterSEA Group.
• Promote and support internal Information Security Awareness Training initiatives across FlutterSEA Group.
• Develop and maintain information security governance metrics, dashboards and executive reporting for all FlutterSEA Group.

Your team

The Information Security Governance team coordinates and oversees information security governance and compliance activities across Flutter SEA legal entities and brands.

Your role

Lead specialist responsible for coordinating compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, WLA and online gaming regulations (limited to cyber-security topics), while supporting strategic information security projects across Flutter SEA Group.

What you’ll do:

Base pay hiring range for this role in Italy: 42,759€ - 50,324€ gross per year, under the Commercio collective agreement, level2°.
