TMC Italia is seeking a quality professional to support space programs, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards throughout the product lifecycle.

You will manage non-conformities, support root cause analysis, monitor supplier quality, and contribute to continuous improvement through quality KPIs and audits.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Product Assurance or Supplier Quality roles.
• Knowledge of quality tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001; ECSS knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with audits, non-conformance management and corrective actions.

What we expect from you:

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Product Assurance or Supplier Quality roles.
• Knowledge of quality tools
• Familiarity with ISO 9001; ECSS knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with audits, non-conformance management and corrective actions.

What you can expect from us:

The position offers a permanent employment contract, with a minimum gross annual salary (RAL) of €35,000, in line with the Italian National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce, Tertiary Sector, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, at the end of the selection process, will assess the candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications to determine a final salary that may exceed the minimum level indicated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a direct project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with current company policies.
