TMC Milano is seeking a Process & Supplier Quality Engineer to improve production processes and supplier quality. This on-site role requires 3-5 years in manufacturing, preferably in industrial automation or intralogistics.

You will manage non-conformities, perform root cause analyses, and drive 8D-based improvements. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree, speaks fluent English with Italian at C1, and is comfortable traveling within Italy/Europe.

Competenze

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Industrial, or related fields).
3-5 years in Process Quality, Supplier Quality, or Quality Engineering in manufacturing.
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa).
Familiarity with the 8D methodology.
Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standard.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
SAP S/4HANA knowledge is a plus.
Fluent English; Italian at C1.
Willingness to travel ~1 time per month in Italy/Europe.
