The internship with Iveco Group sits within the Manufacturing team, offering hands-on experience to improve process quality, manufacturing performance, and operational excellence at the Brescia plant. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, Maintenance and other plant functions to monitor and enhance processes.

Key learning opportunities include analyzing process quality indicators, driving continuous improvement, benchmarking, and applying Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular regard to Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• The profile is completed by good problem solving, analytical, communication and relationship skills connected to the spirit of teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Support the analysis and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure process stability, consistency and compliance with quality standards.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on improving manufacturing performance, reducing process variability, and increasing operational effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze process quality indicators, supporting data-driven decision-making and problem-solving activities.
• Support benchmarking activities and the standardization of manufacturing processes, tools and best practices across the plant.
• Participate in quality audits and process reviews to ensure compliance with internal standards and continuous improvement objectives.
• Develop practical knowledge of quality systems, Lean Manufacturing principles, and structured problem‑solving methodologies within a complex industrial environment.
