• : Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• : Interest in automotive industry and product development and quality topics.
• : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• : Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• : Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; MS Office proficiency.
• : Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and updating of internal and customer quality documentation, with a focus on APQP and PPAP processes.
• Analyze technical specifications, customer requirements, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Advanced Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Plant Quality teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout the product development cycle.
• Participate in problem-solving activities, root cause analysis, and define corrective actions related to project issues and risks.
• Support in monitoring Quality KPIs and relevant reporting activities.
• Prepare and update reports, dashboards, and project status presentations.
