Wieland Onda Srl seeks an Expert in Business Process Management and Digital Transformation to drive process improvements and digital initiatives across the company. You will collaborate with local process owners, Operational Excellence and IT teams to deliver value.

This full-time role requires strong project management, analytical thinking, and fluent English, with a background in manufacturing or related fields.

• Strong interest in IT systems and business process management.
• Understanding of supply chain management in assembly manufacturing.
• Experience in project management with strong organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skills or interest in Lean Manufacturing.
• Fluent in English.
• BSc/BA in manufacturing, computer science, engineering, or related field.

• Support the local SAP & MES implementation project.
• Act as local key user for SAP and MES, guiding and training colleagues.
• Drive automation initiatives with operations, suppliers, and corporate teams.
• Conduct data analysis to improve business performance.
