Job summary

EssilorLuxottica in Agordo (BL) is seeking a Junior Process Engineer to join our dynamic, international Operations team. You will contribute to medium-to-long term process engineering projects, collect data from production and office activities, and support process validation on the factory floor.

The role involves hands-on testing, data analysis, and collaborating with supervisors and cross-functional teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Materials, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Knowledge of materials processing and industrial manufacturing principles.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail in data handling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mediate and collaborate effectively.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude with a passion for challenges.
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently when needed.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Your role

We are looking for young talent Junior Process Engineer, motivated, curious and enterprising, to join us at our Operations Sites in Agordo (BL).

You will put your hands on different challenges working within a dynamic, markedly young and international environment, and you will have the opportunity to face a stimulating and constantly evolving business strongly focused on innovation and technology.
