LyondellBasell in Italy seeks a Process Engineer to support polypropylene and catalyst plants, driving innovation, efficiency, and cost competitiveness. You will develop process engineering activities for plant projects, support commissioning and start-up, and collaborate with maintenance and other departments on multi-discipline projects.

We value a Master’s in Chemical Engineering, up to 5 years’ experience, and knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Up to 5 years of work experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of quality, safety and environmental management systems.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to production plants to ensure activity in terms of HSE, quality, efficiency, productivity and costs.
• Develop process engineering activities for plant projects and modifications; support commissioning and start-up.
• Cooperate with maintenance and other departments on multi-discipline projects.
• Provide process support and advice to operations and maintenance teams.
• Define plant configurations and operating procedures to meet targets.
• Ensure know-how is documented and available within plant staff.
