LyondellBasell is seeking a Process Engineer for the Ferrara facility to support polypropylene plants and catalysts operations. This role focuses on innovation, improvement and technical development of production processes in compliance with Italian legislation and our Operational Excellence standards.

Key responsibilities include providing process engineering support, leading plant projects, collaborating across maintenance and operations, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Up to 5 years of work experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of Norms, Standards and Procedures relevant to Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
• Good English knowledge; Italian preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to production plants ensuring HSE, quality, efficiency, productivity and costs.
• Develop process engineering activities for plant projects and modifications.
• Support commissioning, pre start-up and start-up of modified plant and training.
• Collaborate with maintenance and Engineering on multi-discipline projects.
• Assist with product quality issues including grade development and new products.
• Define plant configuration and operating procedures to meet targets.
