Job summary

Heritage Holdings is seeking a talented intern to support deal sourcing and relationship building with entrepreneurs and fund managers in Buyout, Growth, and Venture Capital sectors.

You will be on the deal team for new investments, help with due diligence, and assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. The role includes market analysis and participation in internal activities like fund strategy and LP reporting.

Qualifications

• Final year of bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Previous relevant internship experience (banking/consulting/startup).
• Outstanding academic performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative approach with a passion for entrepreneurship: proactive and ownership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Available for a 6-month internship starting in November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new deals and forming relationships with entrepreneurs and fund managers in target sectors and markets.
• Support market, financial and commercial due diligence processes.
• Assist in creating presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Run market analysis and contribute to market views used by the firm and investing team.
• Assist internal activities across the firm, including fund strategy, LP reporting, and events.
