Job summary

Heritage is seeking a proactive intern to support investor materials, investor relations, and reporting within its Modern Investment Office in Lombardy. The role emphasizes data-driven storytelling, process improvement, and collaboration with multiple Heritage divisions to enhance automation and speed.

You will assist in preparing fund reports, transforming complex financial data into clear narratives for investors and stakeholders, and gain exposure to international clients in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Investor Materials: Assist in preparing materials for investors, supporting investor requests, and ensuring clear and effective communication
• Investor Relations Support: Work closely with the Investor Relations team on diverse projects, including monitoring and implementing sales metrics and improving the sales process
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with various Heritage divisions to enhance internal processes, focusing on increasing automation, speed, and efficiency
• Funds Reporting and Analytics: Help create and deliver comprehensive fund reports, transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives that highlight investment performance and funding status
• Reporting for Stakeholders: Build and prepare detailed reports for investors and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely information distribution
