A modern investment firm is seeking an intern to support investor relations and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing investor materials and improving internal processes. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. This position is ideal for proactive individuals ready to engage with international stakeholders and start in March 2026 for a 6-month period. The internship provides valuable exposure to both external and internal stakeholders. A strong academic background is essential.

Your role

• Preparation of Investor Materials: Assist in preparing materials for investors, supporting investor requests, and ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Investor Relations Support: Work closely with the Investor Relations team on diverse projects, including monitoring and implementing sales metrics and improving the sales process.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with various Heritage divisions to enhance internal processes, focusing on increasing automation, speed, and efficiency.
• Funds Reporting and Analytics: Help create and deliver comprehensive fund reports, transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives that highlight investment performance and funding status.
• Reporting for Stakeholders: Build and prepare detailed reports for investors and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely information distribution.
