Job summary

Heritage Holdings is seeking a talented intern to support deal sourcing and relationship building with entrepreneurs and fund managers in Buyout, Growth, and Venture Capital sectors.

You will be on the deal team for new investments, help with due diligence, and assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. The role includes market analysis and participation in internal activities like fund strategy and LP reporting.

Qualifications

• Final year of bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Previous relevant internship experience (banking/consulting/startup).
• Outstanding academic performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative approach with a passion for entrepreneurship: proactive and ownership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Available for a 6-month internship starting in November 2026.

Responsibilities

Your role

As an intern, you will spend a large part of your time sourcing new deals and forming relationships with entrepreneurs and fund managers in our target sectors and markets, with a focus on Buyout, Growth and Venture Capital.

• You will be on the deal team for new investments and support market, financial and commercial due diligence processes.
• You will be assisting in the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• You will be running market analysis, contributing to the creation of market views that will be then used by the firm and the investing team.
• You will assist in various internal activities across the firm, including fund strategy, LP reporting, and events.

About you

• You are in your final year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• You have a previous relevant internship experience (banking/consulting/startup)
• You have demonstrated outstanding academic performance
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative approach with a passion for entrepreneurship: You are proactive and want to take ownership
