Deutsche Bank AG is offering a six-month internship starting 1 January 2027 in Lombardy, Italy. The role supports deal origination, valuation, market analysis, and due diligence for private equity across diverse industries.

The intern will draft presentations and information memoranda, assist in deal structuring and negotiations, and prepare ad-hoc reports while learning about the legal aspects of investment contracts. Excellent English and Italian are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor in Finance, Business Administration or related; near completion of a Master in Finance.
• Excellent English and Italian verbal and written skills; PC literate.
