Job summary

Aurelius Growth in Milan is seeking an Investment Intern (m/f/d) for a 6-month full-time program starting December 2026. You will join our investment team as a full member, supporting live transactions and gaining exposure to private equity processes. You will conduct market and company analysis, assist due diligence, prepare internal investment documentation, and collaborate with senior professionals and the Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a technical, scientific, economical or financial degree and above-average academic achievements.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in private equity.
• Prior internships or work experience in PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze markets, industries and companies.
• Support teams in analyzing potential transactions and due diligence.
• Participate in all aspects of the due diligence process.
• Prepare internal documentation for investment decisions.
