Job summary

Bain & Company in Milan is offering a four-month Private Equity Internship. You will join our Milan office, working closely with Bain teams on projects supporting Private Equity clients and gaining hands-on experience through diverse analytical and project activities.

You will join the Private Equity team at Bain & Company in our Milan office, working side by side with our colleagues on projects supporting Private Equity clients.

YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM

As a Private Equity Intern, you will join our Milan office for a four-month internship. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to project activities by working closely with Bain teams.

Following a positive performance assessment during the internship, there may be the possibility of being considered for a full-time offer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

During the internship, you will support the team on a variety of analytical and project-related activities, including:

• Supporting market and industry analyses related to investment opportunities and portfolio companies
• Gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from internal and external sources
• Contributing to quantitative and qualitative analyses in support of projects
• Conducting research on markets, competitors, customers, and key industry trends

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are pursuing or have completed a master's degree in a relevant field
• Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Have excellent command of both Italian and English

COMPENSATION

The annualized allowance for this internship role in Italy is Euro 18.000
