McKinsey Milan is seeking a seasoned professional for the Private Capital team. You will lead multiple projects, coach junior colleagues, and develop strategies for PE clients across Italy and Europe. Role requires strong consulting background and deep PE knowledge.

You will engage with PE firms and institutional investors, delivering high-impact insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance client goals and McKinsey growth in Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in private equity or PE division of a top consultancy.
• Deep experience of PE firm investment, divestment and portfolio management activities.
• Investor-focused knowledge of an industry.
• Fluency in Italian & English is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach project teams on PE investor work streams.
• Develop and implement client strategies and growth initiatives for private capital.
• Build and maintain relationships with investor clients across geographies, especially Italy and Europe.
• Collaborate with other McKinsey practices to deepen client impact.
• Drive knowledge sharing and contribute to firm growth in the Private Capital practice.
