Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics or business (engineering) with record of strong academic achievement.
• Post-graduate work experience valued; recent graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered.
• Demonstrated research experience in an academic or business setting.
• Solid understanding of financial, economic and general business concepts and terminology.
• Ability to work well in a team setting and across all levels within an organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); advanced software knowledge (Alteryx, Tableau) is a plus.
• Ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Language fluency skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in both English and Italian

Responsibilities

• You will support consultants and clients developing capabilities to gain insights to solve specific client business problems.
• You will leverage your experience in market and economic research to be a thought-partner to teams and clients.
• You will prioritize research activities to have the most impact and will develop industry knowledge and expertise.
• You’ll also collaborate with our global research team to share and build knowledge, best practices and relevant new ideas.
• You will develop knowledge and help support the continuous improvement of our knowledge assets, innovating firm knowledge and delivery through special projects, both with client teams and on a stand-alone basis.
