McKinsey & Company’s Milan office seeks a senior professional to join the Private Capital team. You will work with investors across PE, distressed debt, hedge funds, and institutions, building value and deploying growth strategies.

You will lead teams on projects, coach junior colleagues, shape growth strategy, and collaborate with other practices across Italy to deepen client relationships.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of investment experience in PE or in the PE division of a top-tier management consultancy.
• Deep investor-focused knowledge of an industry.
• Strong consulting skills gained at a top-tier firm.
• Extensive network in large-cap and mid-market PE.
• Fluency in Italian & English is mandatory.

Mansioni

• Lead small and large teams on investor projects.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues in Private Capital.
• Set up growth strategy and drive new initiatives with portfolio companies.
• Collaborate with Italian and European colleagues to deepen client relationships.
