Lombard Odier in Milan is seeking a Private Banker Assistant to support private bankers with client administration and KYC processes. You will manage account openings, monitor accounts, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate execution of client requests.

Fluency in English and Italian, plus a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in finance, are preferred. The role requires strong organization, collaboration, and a client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

• Support Private Bankers with client administration and KYC documentation.

• Process transfer orders and manage client correspondence and filings.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Legal for onboarding and lifecycle activities.
