Fluency in English and Italian, plus a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in finance, are preferred. The role requires strong organization, collaboration, and a client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Private Banker Assistant - Milan

Provide support to Private Banker on client-focused activities. Assist with client administration and client management, manage workflows and ensure that processes remain timely as well as efficient and effective. As a Private Banker Assistant for our Italian branch, you’ll be reporting to the local COO.

YOUR ROLE: Support Private Bankers with administrative duties pertaining to the clients’ accounts: Account opening process, daily monitoring of the accounts, act as first contact for all administrative KYC file documentation Process transfer orders and deal with client correspondence and all administrative matters Ensure appropriate filling/archiving of documentation of all client account documentation Liaise with internal service providers within the company to ensure timely and accurate execution/resolution of clients’ request Notify Bankers of documentation issues/pending items encountered in the course of the development of business by the Private Bankers Deal with the specific mailing for the clients Collaborate with internal functions (Compliance, Operations, Legal…) on client onboarding and lifecycle activities

YOUR PROFILE: Fluent in English and Italian Bachelor Degree Level a plus 5‑years' experience within financial industry, ideally international Experience of direct client interaction and ability to maintain a professional approach Organization with ability to prioritize workload accordingly Strong collaboration/communication skills Ability to work under pressure Detailed-oriented Client oriented
