Boston Consulting Group Platinion is seeking a senior IT strategy and program leadership role to bridge strategy and technology for major clients in Italy. You will lead high-impact IT initiatives, shape platform architectures, and deliver excellent client outcomes with a trusted advisor approach.

You will work closely with C-suite clients and cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and contribute to people development and practice areas, while driving growth for the firm in the Italian

Competenze

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline with high grades.
• Experience in IT strategy projects and leadership of IT implementation.
• Proven track record of acquiring consulting projects.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Project management experience with teams larger than five.
• Experience in Media & Telecommunication.
• Ability to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases.
• Proven ability to steer decisions in complex organizations and resolve escalations.
