Ams Italy S.R.L. seeks a Technical Leader to drive architecture and RTL for high-speed digital subsystems in communication ICs and mixed-signal SoCs. You will lead RTL development, integration, and collaborate across verification and implementation teams to ensure robust designs.

The role requires an MSc or PhD in EE and 10+ years in digital IC design with experience in high-speed interfaces and advanced CMOS nodes. Based in Sardinia, Italy with a focus on cutting-edge technologies.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years digital IC design experience.
• High-speed digital IC design experience for communication or mixed-signal SoC products.
• Knowledge of high-speed interfaces such as UCIe, PCIe or similar protocols.
• Interface protocols and clock-domain crossing.
• Synthesis and timing analysis.
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI.
