Ams Osram Seggiano, Italy, is seeking a Principal HF Verification Engineer to shape verification strategies for broadband optical ICs and lead block- and chip-level verification. You will drive coverage closure, quality metrics, and cross-functional debug efforts while mentoring a team of verification engineers.

The role requires a MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of verification experience, expert SystemVerilog/UVM skills, and hands-on experience with FinFET/FD-SOI CMOS nodes.
