ams OSRAM is seeking a Verification Leader for broadband optical ICs to define verification strategies for high-frequency mixed-signal interfaces, high-speed datapaths and system-level use cases. You will lead block and chip-level verification, drive coverage closure, coordinate cross-functional debug activities and mentor verification engineers in a fast-paced R&D environment in Italy.

This senior role requires MSc/PhD, 10+ years of verification experience, expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM,

Competenze

• 10+ years verification experience.
• Broadband optical communication IC verification including mixed-signal interfaces, high-speed datapaths and system-level use cases.
• Coverage-driven verification with automated regression environments.
• Advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET/FD-SOI).
• SystemVerilog and UVM proficiency.
