ams OSRAM seeks a Principal HF Verification Engineer to lead verification for broadband optical ICs at Torri Di Quartesolo, Italy. The role focuses on defining verification strategies, methodologies, and plans for high-frequency mixed-signal interfaces and high-speed datapaths.

You will lead block- and chip-level verification, drive coverage and quality metrics, coordinate cross-functional debug activities, and mentor a team of verification engineers.

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of verification experience.
• Proficiency with SystemVerilog and UVM for complex ICs.
• Experience in broadband optical IC verification including mixed-signal interfaces.
• Coverage-driven verification with automated regression environments.
• Advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET/FD-SOI) is required.
