Bridgestone EMEA is seeking a Pricing Lead to join the European HQ Consumer Pricing Team. Hybrid work setup based in Vimercate (MB), IT, with responsibility for defining and evolving the European pricing strategy and acting as the primary pricing contact for assigned regions.

You will build models, analyze data, and partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Demand Planning to drive pricing decisions and performance, ensuring alignment with financial targets and market positioning.

Competenze

• Masters or equivalent in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar.
• 3+ years in Consulting, Pricing, Sales Operations or similar roles.

Mansioni

• Define and evolve the European Consumer pricing strategy.
• Be the main pricing contact for assigned regions.
• Partner with regional teams on pricing decisions, promotions and initiatives.
• Build models and analyses to support decision making and business cases.
• Translate strategy into pricing frameworks, tools and guidelines for markets.
• Monitor pricing performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, Demand Planning and LSCM.
• Align pricing strategy with financial targets and product positioning.
• Support commercial decisions balancing market opportunities and constraints.
