Bridgestone in Vimercate is seeking a hybrid, full-time Business Planning Specialist for Consumer South Region. You will support Consumer and Commercial planning, coordinate inputs with Sales, Finance, Marketing and LSCM, and drive data-driven decision making.

The role reports to the Sales Operations Manager and collaborates with two Sales Directors to ensure continuity, governance and performance insights. A degree and strong Excel skills are required.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Administration.
• Digital tools knowledge.
• Strong business acumen.
• Very high proficiency in Excel.
• English proficiency and Italian mother tongue.

Mansioni

• Prepare weekly Landing Point and Sales Planning with the LSCM team, ensuring customer delivery reliability and enabling performance management to support targets.
• Ensure monthly input to Central Demand Planning, coordinating pricing, marketing, logistics and GTM plans.
• Identify gaps in performance and drive action plans with Sales Directors; conduct root-cause analyses for deviations.
• Consolidate market results and prepare Sales Performance reviews aligned with HQ templates and standards.
