Job summary

Data4 Group is seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales team by ensuring that data center solutions can be installed and managed over the contract lifecycle. You will work closely with sales and the Technical Department to tailor offers that meet customer requests and strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates possess an engineering degree, 3-5 years of experience, and fluency in Italian and English, with strong presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills to drive successful

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; Electrical or Mechanical preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of data centers and related technologies.
• Ability to present offers to customers and defend technical solutions.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Visio tools.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical tours and presentations detailing Data4 data centre colocation.
• Perform technical and financial validation of standard projects before offers.
• Prepare and validate complex RFI/RFP responses with the Technical Department.
• Support Head of Technical Sales in developing new services and catalog updates.
• Monitor data center technical aspects to keep offerings state-of-the-art.
• Assist sales teams in negotiating contracts and drawings.
