Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist in Austria cerca un Pre-arrival Concierge per garantire esperienze indimenticabili agli ospiti. Gestirai trasferimenti, prenotazioni e servizi in chalet, curando ogni dettaglio prima dell'arrivo.

Il ruolo richiede eccellenti doti comunicative, multitasking e conoscenza del settore lusso; lavorerai a stretto contatto con team internazionali, resort partners e agenzie. Orari stagionali e possibilità di straordinari.

Competenze

• Esperienza nel travel di lusso o nel concierge è preferita.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e attenzione al dettaglio.
• Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e orientato al cliente.

Mansioni

• Liaise with clients and agents pre-arrival to curate bespoke itineraries tailored to their preferences.
• Coordinate all aspects of a guest's stay: airport transfers, ski instruction, equipment rental, spa treatments, restaurant bookings, childcare, and more.
• Ensure all itinerary items are confirmed, accurately documented, and shared with clients on time.
• Communicate proactively with guests to answer questions, suggest services, and anticipate needs.
• Interdepartmental Coordination - Brief resort teams ahead of each arrival to ensure properties and services are fully prepared.
• Set up weekly handover meeting with the Resort Team.
• Share confirmed final itineraries and any special guest requests with Operations Team.
• Collaborate with in-resort team during the guest stay to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Billing & Admin Management - Track and manage guest extras, ensuring services are paid directly or added to final billing with approval.
• Close and reconcile with the post-departure meetings.
• Ensure all relevant documentation is stored and updated in our internal systems.
• Content & Communication Support - Develop in-depth knowledge of our destinations, chalets, and suppliers.
• Assist with creating resort-specific content for guest communication, blog articles, and internal guides.
• Contribute to marketing and social media efforts through content suggestions and insights from the field.
• General Support & Development - Support other members of the Pre Arrival Concierge team as well as the Operation Team as needed.
• Help refine processes and tools for improving the pre-arrival journey.
• Participate in team meetings and destination updates to stay informed and aligned.

This position is a 43,5h contract - starting from 1st of September to 30th of April 2027 (8 months) or from 1st of October 2026 to 30th of April 2027 (6 months). Rôle : Bramble Ski by Le Collectionist, is seeking an exceptional Pre‑arrival Concierge to assist in delivering unforgettable guest journeys across our Alpine destinations. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every detail of our clients' stay is flawlessly planned and executed before they arrive at the resort. From arranging private transfers to in‑chalet massages and exclusive dining experiences, you will manage the full spectrum of pre‑arrival services. This position requires a natural communicator with a strong sense of service, deep knowledge of luxury travel, and the ability to multitask with precision and care.

Responsibilities

Schedules & specificities: Bramble Ski operates in accordance with Austrian labour law and applicable collective agreements. Due to operational requirements, work on Saturdays and Sundays may be required, particularly during high season. Working schedules are organized on a rotating basis and communicated at least one week in advance, in coordination with the wider team. All scheduling complies with Austrian regulations on working time, rest periods, and maximum weekly working hours. Overtime is managed in line with Austrian labour law and applicable collective agreements and is compensated either through time off in lieu or payment, as legally required. All scheduling and compensation practices must remain fully compliant with Austrian labour law, and adjustments will be made where necessary to ensure ongoing compliance.
