Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems in Lombardy seeks a Product Marketing Manager to bridge market demand, technology, and business execution. You will define multi-year roadmaps for high-performance power solutions and drive inbound/outbound marketing activities with internal teams.

You will collaborate with IC Design, Applications Engineering, System Architecture, Global Sales, and key OEM/Tier-1 customers worldwide, lead NPI launches, create technical collateral, and develop pricing and revenue growth

Qualifications

4 to 8 years of relevant experience in product marketing, applications engineering, technical marketing, or systems engineering within semiconductors.
Solid understanding of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors and power management ICs.
Strong knowledge of pricing, market sizing, and design-in/win sales lifecycles.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed global org.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. 15–25%).

Responsibilities

Define multi-year product roadmaps for high-performance power solutions (PMICs, DC-DC, AS power).
Lead VOC interviews to capture technical and commercial requirements.
Translate needs into MRD/PRD with clear prioritization and value propositions.
Conduct competitive analyses, teardowns, and benchmarking to maintain advantage.
Own end-to-end NPI launches and collateral generation with marketing teams.
Develop pricing strategies, gross margins, and regional quotes.
Collaborate with IC Design, Applications Eng, Sales, and OEMs to drive design wins.
Forecast revenue, ASPs, and units for production planning.
